ARTICLE XII, Section 4
In the event that other galleries or venues contract with the club for an exhibit and charge a commission, each participating member may be charged a fee to cover expenses. The club will not require its usual commission.
NOTE:
Members have 30 days to communicate questions or concerns regarding the above proposed addendum to the by-laws. An email vote will be taken the first week in April, 2011. Members who do not correspond via email may telephone their vote to the President the first week of April.
