Gladys Martin

Gladys retired from Greater Lynchburg Chamber of Commence.  She took art classes through Campbell County Recreation in Rustburg, Va. with instructors Dana Burford and Howard Coleman.  She was inspired by her mother, Marian Tweedy, who began late in life taking art classes from Mrs. Janet Roller and Miss Georgia Morgan.  She decided to try painting about the time she became a "senior citizen". Her mother painted in oils, watercolor and pastel.  Gladys paints in oils.  She is a long-time member of Seven Hills Art Club.
